Every project starts with an idea—a starting point that reflects the identity and lifestyle of those who seek us out. In this phase, we dive into the client's universe: we observe the space, interpret their needs, and aspire to capture their essence.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
From vision to structure
In this phase, the concept takes shape and structure. We develop plans, layout studies, and proposals for materials and furniture that translate the initial vision of the project. It's the moment to test ideas, adjust proportions, and find the balance between aesthetics and functionality. In constant dialogue with the client, we create spaces that impress with their presence, but above all, with how they are lived day-to-day.
3D VISUALIZATION
Drawing the future
We believe that visualizing is understanding. That's why we develop realistic 3D models that allow us to anticipate the final result, a true immersion in the project before it is built. These models help define materials, lighting, and furniture with precision, ensuring that every detail is in harmony with the original concept.
